This is a great old school gym with an amazing vibe. They play great music so you don't even need your headphones. There are massive saunas in each changing room and they even have a health bar where you can order smoothies or protein shakes. The staff is great and the owner was in and very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved it! Please open another in Hermitage!
I came up here to work for a week and I found this gym, and it’s great! Clean, new equipment, very friendly staff and a sweet sauna! I recommend anyone that visits or lives near new castle to go try this gym, I will definitely be coming here to workout out here anytime I visit from now on.
First time visiting and the team here are allowing me to experience what they have to offer. For beginners to more advanced, they have everything here. So impressed, thank you for the team at Molinaro Health to allow this to happen. Back to my treadmill workout. 5k baby.
I have been at Molinaros for a little over a year and I have to say I was so impressed. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. There's none of the awkwardness or intimidating feelings thay happen at other places. There are many options from individual training, small group training, large group training, spin classes, nutrition support, as well as just straight up gym equipment to do your own thing.
