First time visiting and the team here are allowing me to experience what they have to offer. For beginners to more advanced, they have everything here. So impressed, thank you for the team at Molinaro Health to allow this to happen. Back to my treadmill workout. 5k baby.
I have been at Molinaros for a little over a year and I have to say I was so impressed. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. There's none of the awkwardness or intimidating feelings thay happen at other places. There are many options from individual training, small group training, large group training, spin classes, nutrition support, as well as just straight up gym equipment to do your own thing. I started training with Laura Haddox about a month ago and it was an amazing decision. She is so helpful in any aspect you need along your health journey. Very accommodating, provided meals plans for me, and truly passionate about what she does. She cares for each individual and is very encouraging during the workouts. I look forward to her classes and would recommend her to anyone looking to start/maintain their fitness goals.
This is BY FAR the best gym I have ever been to! Mike, Rob, and Miguel are always super helpful and great to chat with! The gym is also very clean with advanced equipment, and a sauna! 12/10!
I couldn’t be more pleased with Laura’s spin classes. She helps to guide and push her classes when needed and supports when needed. Also the cleanliness of the gym is unbeatable !
