I recently had a new born and I’m trying to get her on the same primary care provider as her sister(2 years old). For some reason the customer service person put her under my PCP which is not a Pediatric. Also now I have to go online to see if her Sisters pcp is available every day to see if he’s available…This is a new change that Molina decided to do; it’s only for the Vancouver Clinic doctors. Member services is a joke. They will do everything in their power to get you off the phone as fast as possible, or just hang up on you. If they don't have any answer for you they will hang up or transfer you to "technical support" where you will be disconnected
It’s my hopes that Molina in WA state gets completely shut down. They are the worst
poor customer service; offering rewards on cards but never give them
