Horrible customer service they make it impossible to cancel me and my wife have been sitting on the phone for over and hour now trying to get these people to fix our situation we keep getting put on hold. Horrible experience
Dallas Texas representative placed me on hold. Its already 17 minutes. And I'm still holding. She already had tone in her voice as if she don't want to be bothered. The 1st time I called the representative Saud 2 calendar dates prior to make a transportation reservation. 20 minutes. The representative still not returned. Answered the phone promptly and addressed my issue right away with courtesy and professionalism.
This is a scam. They tell you you will receive a benefits card just to get you to sign up with a policy and then go back on it and offer a $200 gift card… I was told my benefits were going to be $471 a month… why would I want a $200 gift card? Smh. Poor and fraudulent marketing!!!!!!! I’d give negative stars if I could. Doesn’t matter if you double check when it comes time, they will rip you off. Thanks for nothing.
