The absolute worst experience I have ever had with customer service. Please don't choose Molina Healthcare as your healthcare provider. their prices are the same as other prominent providers and their service is subpar. I am so frustrated. I am so angry. I feel so helpless. I am flabbergasted! They can't help you with your problem, they don't even understand your problem. Extremely bad company this year with very bad customer service. The government should ban them . One star is too much for them.
Since the new year, I can't get my dad a ride to dialysis. MTM says my dad's not covered and molina keeps answering the phone and saying they aren't trained for Texas calls. He has molina medicare complete care plus (hmo d-snp) but it's horrible. No one has been able to help me.
I can’t wait until open enrollment to part ways away from Molina. Website/app are full of doctors numbers not in network, old contacts addresses etc. very difficult to find PCP. I called customer service for help even the representative have a hard time. I request to file complaint no follow up. I still have not found a pcp anywhere in Dallas Texas Asian ethnicity preferably
