I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Molina Healthcare. My daughter has had Molina health insurance since May, and I recently found out at her appointments that her coverage had been canceled without my knowledge. Because no one notified me that her insurance had ended, she was unable to complete her annual physical and dental appointments. This has delayed important preventive care that every child deserves. To obtain any medical information and other healthcare resources, a better location should be provided to members. I would suggest pursuing internet services printed on the back of your ID card, or contacting a much more stable organization.
Very bad customer service,after along waiting over the phone,finally she answered the phone and then put me on hold for two hours and disconnected the phone.
