Contacting someone here is almost impossible. The phone options restrict you to only a couple of options that are not remotely close to why you called. There use to be this thing where a human would answer the phone and we could discuss the question in detail, as to not waste time. I think they used to call it customer service. Unfortunately, another job lost to automation in Corporate America.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service representative over the phone this afternoon. His name is Jorge. This young man was more than exceptional in his position and knowledgeable about everything. His kindness and understanding over the phone spoke volumes of complete professionalism and experience. these people never stop calling. i havent lived in new mexico for almost 5 years and ive told them to remove my number, put me on the do not call list, nothing works. I reported them to the National Do Not Call people, hopefully that will work because I'm documenting every call to build a case. bout to make money off this if I can
