What's the point of having insurance if they won't cover the things you need to get/stay healthy. They're constantly trying to invade my privacy by harassing me to have strangers in my home. Molina also seems to have too many sketchy doctors and clinics. Do not sign up with them if you value your health. FOR REAL
We pay too much money per month to be dealing with this much incompetence. My wife was getting billed at her MD office because they were saying her insurance is inactive. I called Molina to figure out why the MD office was saying this. Molina states they are not allowed to discuss anything pertaining to my wife’s insurance without her consent. Ridiculous. If I could give Zero stars I would. They assign me to a PCP that I have changed 3 times and keep putting back to the same PCP after I change it to a Dr closer than 55 miles from my home. I hate this is the only option available for us to choose. It is not acceptable insurance in the county by any Dr office. I have closer options that are within 30 miles but Molina keeps putting some 3 star rated physician that is an hour plus drive from my home and the phone number is not valid that is on their file.
