Very disappointing experience. The website lists a Troy office that does not exist, and I was misled into driving 1 hour for nothing. I've been trying for months to get a PIP letter and reached out multiple times by phone with no response. The information on the website is not updated, and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Please update your details so others don’t waste their time like I did.
It’s interesting how a company with thousands of complaints about customer experience keeps turning away people who might actually help improve it. The pattern says a lot about where the real problem is — and it’s not the customers. This is also why your stock has plummeted 20% after terrible earnings. Maybe reconsider your hiring strategies....
I never give one star, but today was it. I get a yearly pre-authorization on medication. It usually takes forever (ok, up to 2 weeks) , even when my doctor responds the same day with the proper forms. Now they've changed it to every six months. No notification so I can proactively get it done in between refills, no message that it's needed. Just crickets. So here I am, not able to get my medication that I've been taking daily for 8 years.
