The absolute worst hmo ever. They drop the ball constantly when you have an issue. You sped hours chasing csrs when you call into member services. You have to micromanage them to resolve the smallest of issues so you get really acquainted with their terrible phone system. All their tech for their app and website is outdated and useless. Just a horrible company. Try to find another HMO if you can. Run for the hills with this one!
they keep harassing me by phone about getting an advantage plan, I told them no, but they keep calling, all day long
I really would like to write this review because my experience with Molina Healthcare was great. Sonia Nájera was awesome, very kind, patient and helpful. I really appreciate her time and help.
