Didn’t seem to important to them like I didn’t matter… Customer service is a Joke…..
Dr. Molina has tended to my four kids, myself and my late husband 17 years. He, his staff, and the other physicians have shown nothing but compassion for us throughout the years. He has helped us with not only our physical ailments, but was/is also concerned about our emotional well-being as well. I'm very grateful for him and his team.
When caught lying about a conversation we had during an appt., he opted to advise that his office manager assist me in looking for a different for another doctor. Apparently, not honest enough admit to the truths about what was said and not said! It's a shame to find that the ethical standards and integrity of doctors seems to be dwindling at an accelerated rate I believe the code of ethics is being manipulated and disregarded almost in the same manner that our constitution is by unethical people in office!
