I have been working with them for 4 years and things were going great however once we agree to pay off pur timeshare we have not heard from them it has been a year since our last email from them We have left many many messages and nothing Now the phone number listed says its not correct Dont know what else to do at this time We paid our debt we just want the letter indicating we are done with the timeshare inferno
I’ve called and left voicemails, emails and come to find out the person they have outsourced work to isn’t being paid… so now I can’t get answers to close my case that’s been going on for over 4 years. They have completely ghosted us after taking our money and ruining my credit and brothers credit.do NOT use. :( sad this all even occurred.
SCAM, SCAM SCAM. DO NOT USE. They told us to stop payment on your timeshare, lied to us about settlement, scammed us out of a lot of money, gave us the run-around and no conveniently we can now longer get ahold of anyone. They have completely ghosted us after taking our money and ruining our credit. PLEASE do NOT use. I want to save others from going through the hell we've gone through
Been about 3 years since I started the time share exit and 2 years since I last heard from Molfetta. Still waiting to figure the status. Moneys paid. Tried calling two different numbers, end up at the call center, and same message we’ll call you back in 7 business days. Never comment on companies but it’s been a bad enough experience with a good amount of money invested to not make my complaints with the company public.
Molfetta law was successful at getting us out of our timeshare, took longer than expected but the end result was positive! Thank you Molfetta law..
