I love Moleskine in general, but don't come here. This is the corporate office.
Your customer service team is run poorly. The supervisor (Ariel) and rep (Nikki) I spoke with did not deliver resolutions but instead created brand aversion. A great product isn’t enough these days (having worked for PVH, LVMH, MZ Wallace, and run the CS team for True & Co, I know first hand).
