I just had my first appointment at MoleMap (long overdue!) and it was a great experience. I felt very comfortable and was kept well informed as we went along. It was also very thorough - and I have a lot of moles! My Melanographer Craig very experienced and also really lovely and I felt very relaxed. Thanks! (Don’t put it off!)

The appointment was fine and the lady was lovely. However after my appointment I was supposed to receive images so I could track sun damage and spots over time. I have still not received the images or even a response despite following up twice.
PLEASE see an actual skin cancer doctor and not photography “mole mapping”. I went here and was told that all my moles were fine, only to see a skin cancer doctor a few weeks later to be extra thorough and then be told I had stage 1 melanoma.
Consultation was fine. No response on emails or phone following that. Still waiting on responses and results after almost 3 months. Login on website does not work. A lot of money for literally no results at all. Avoid.
