I've read the other reviews for MoleMap, and I cannot believe how deceptively wrong they are. My MoleMap skin cancer check was brilliant, helpful, simple, and informative. I received my full report, by a dermatologist, including recommendations, in less than a couple of days. And it was detailed and specific. The check was good and thorough, but both times I’ve been my appointments were delayed last minute. The first visit, I received a text 10 minutes before saying that the appointment would be delayed by 20 minutes. Then I got another text to say it would be delayed further. After I arrived and checked in for my appointment, I was waiting a further 15 minutes. On my follow up visit, my appointment was only 10 minutes long, and was 40 minutes late starting! I just had my first appointment at MoleMap (long overdue!) and it was a great experience. I felt very comfortable and was kept well informed as we went along. It was also very thorough - and I have a lot of moles! My Melanographer Craig very experienced and also really lovely and I felt very relaxed. Thanks! (Don’t put it off!)

The appointment was fine and the lady was lovely. However after my appointment I was supposed to receive images so I could track sun damage and spots over time. I have still not received the images or even a response despite following up twice.
