Came in for my appointment and was taken back right away, even before my scheduled appointment time. Front desk staff was kind. The MRI took about 10 min, the technologist was quick and informative. Overall good experience.
What a lack of respect for the patient! When I arrived at this office, the secretary had a sour expression, food on her desk, and was playing on her phone. A great disrespect for the patients' time. My appointment was at 11:15 AM, and I ended up being seen after 12:00 PM. But if you arrive 5 minutes late, they tell you that you've missed your appointment, yet they make you wait for 45 minutes as if my time isn't valuable. Ive been calling to let someone know that I can't get a ride to get to my appointment and nobody hasn't answered my phone calls and the say that they are open now I see why people don't like this place and it's been almost 2 hours that I tried to get a hold of someone in that office
