Stay away. They are crooks and are running a scam. They will take your money and never give you the results. They don’t pick up the phones and don’t give refunds. Had to contact my bank.
Just saw a review with the same issue I have had. Had X-rays done over a week ago. Can’t reach them at any of their 7 locations. No results received and no response. I had to go to another imaging center for a second set which is not healthy and. Waste of time. I even went to the Carol stream location to find it was closed in the middle of the day. If I could give zero stars out of five, I would. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. I took my mom for an ultrasound and we were supposed to get the reports in 2-3 business days. One month has passed and we are still waiting for the reports. I’ve called multiple times and they keep telling me that the reports take longer and that it is the radiologist’s fault. They are supposed to be open until 5pm, I’ve been there multiple times and I’ve found the place open only ONCE. At that only time I found this place open... read more
