I have an order for an MRI. I called on a Wednesday. The message said to leave a number and they will call me to schedule within 24 hours. I left a message and waited 24 hours. I called on Thursday and waited again. I called on Monday and STILL no call. Then I decided to go to their website and use their "contact" link and STILL no attempt to contact. 4 strikes and you're out. What terrible and embarrassing service!
