Ben performed a lesion removal for me. He provided a thorough explanation of the procedure, including the associated costs, anticipated healing outcomes, and the size of the incision. The process itself was swift and comfortable. His communication was exemplary both prior to and during the procedure, as well as during the follow-up phone call.
Unfortunately can’t recommend this practice. I had a skin check and was told I needed an excision and paid a deposit of $175 to confirm the appt. I then went to a dermatologist who advised it actually didn’t need to be removed. I then cancelled my appointment three weeks in advance and was told the deposit would be refunded. It took me emailing four times and phoning multiple times for them to finally sort a refund only after I said I would go to fair trading.
