I just have to gush about Brandon at MoldX! I am a local realtor and I do quite a bit of sales each year which means I deal with quite a bit of mold each year. 😂 Brandon is my go-to guy. He’s super responsive, extremely honest, just the very best vendor you can have in your corner. He’s solutions-based, super knowledgeable, and always fits me in before my deadlines. I cannot recommend he and his company more highly!
Following the construction of our newly built home we discovered moisture in the crawl space. We had Brandon with MoldX come out and he performed a detailed inspection. He found that we had an area of concern which was quickly remedied. Brandon offered suggestions as to how in the future this could be avoided. Brandon with MoldX exceeded my expectations. I got an early next day appointment which is hard to get nowadays. Brandon showed up on time and thoroughly examined the mold situation in our crawl space and gave us a few different solutions to handling our mold concerns. He spent a great deal of time with us answering all of our questions. We are confident in recommending his services to everyone we know.
Brandon from MoldX came out to inspect water damage/mold from a leak that reached the crawl space. Brandon said the mold was very limited and suggested I could save a bunch of money by buying a product from Home Depot for $8.00 and doing it myself. He walked me through how to do it and even left me his jumpsuit to use in the crawl space and then wrote a letter I needed to show the buyers of our home that there was no extensive damage.
