After reviewing yes, the price gouging was another company, I apologize. However, on an emergent situation needing to keep asking for an estimate after already being tod I would have one, was needing to continue to ask for an estimate, and a reminder that this is affecting our health.
Price gouging after compliments started at 15k then straight to 20k to 25k possible. We waited almost 2 weeks for written estimate on an emergency need, and it was incomplete at 30k. We obviously didn't use them or the contractor for mold spray.
Updated 6/29 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am extremely disappointed with this company and feel compelled to warn others. I hired them to perform a mold inspection for a medically vulnerable elderly family member. They guaranteed a report would be delivered within 24–48 hours, which was a lie in turn stealing my money and taking advantage of an urgent situation. I cannot say enough kind stuff. Prompt, kind and super professional. And they genuinely care about people . And in the situation me and my family are in currently about finding black mold in our rental. We needed kindness, compassion and someone who is prompt. The prices are more than fair . These people want to help others . Remember that when you’re looking for help in this situation. They were more than fair .
