Jay and the Mold Squad are the guys for the job! My house has vermiculite asbestos insulation in the attic which is dangerous to mess with. I had the dilemma of needing to change out my bathroom fan and also routing it properly to exhaust out of the roof. I wasn't sure who would handle a job like this, especially dealing with the vermiculite. I contacted Jay and explained to him my situation. As I read other 1 star reviews, Jay seems to be short on cash. Weird since he stole over $10k from me and walked off a job he was doing for me………it’s a pattern. Do NOT hire this man/company. I've been attempting to get Jay to repay money he stole from me thru unauthorized credit card charges. I had a previous poor review posted, however I took it down at Jay's request once he PROMISED to start payments. This was 2 years ago. After reviewing yes, the price gouging was another company, I apologize. However, on an emergent situation needing to keep asking for an estimate after already being tod I would have one, was needing to continue to ask for an estimate, and a reminder that this is affecting our health.
