Joe from MSI was extremely responsive and quick to schedule an inspection when I called explaining the potential mold issue in my home. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the results of the inspection and make suggestions to fix the issue. MSI owner Joe was quick to respond to my initial phone call - the same day! I have a chronic illness and was quite upset that our landlord was going to paint over 2 water damaged ceilings (the roof leaked and damaged the ceiling, as well as the floor, and the ceiling below - 2 floors holding water).
