I hired Thomas Nadermann at Mold Investigations/Sterling Technologies, willing to pay more than other mold inspectors for what was supposed to include not only testing but also guidance through the remediation process and advocacy with the remediation company. Unfortunately, he performed minimal testing—just a single air sample for the entire living area rather than the recommended tests by room. The worst part was his lack of follow-through. Thomas Nadermann of Mold Investigators has to be the most slick talking crooked man in this business. He conducted an investigation for my landlord- did not include the lab report (was told by my investigator they use the same lab and it makes NO sense why this would not be included- and it clearly highlights dangerous conditions in red) Thomas stated on his report that it was safe for my family (yes even my children) to be in the home- when he knew very well that there was an extremely high spore count of Stachybotrys insid... read more
