We had a leak in a shower wall and there was subsequent moisture in the baseboards and carpeting in a bedroom behind the shower. We repaired the wall. Mold experts located all the problem areas not only in the shower but located another possible area in the laundry room. They began by dehumidifying the house for 1 week.
