I just wanted to say that Lori who works in the office is one of the nicest people I have met who deals with the public. Keep up the good work!!!
One of the cement truck drivers backed into my car. He then wanted to give me $700 dollars for a $3,600 damage. I thought this was unacceptable so i proceeded to make my way to the office. At the office, the owner of the company wanted to intimidate me and raised his voice at me because i asked for his insurance information. The owner has a bad temper. So beware

Merle, one of your drivers, went above and beyond in his work and service. It was a very tight situation for him to move his large truck and he took lead in helping us as we were fairly clueless laying out a basketball court. He was very patient and extremely helpful. With drivers like that, you will surely succeed.
