The people working there were very Rude i was looking in a kart with several different items in it next to the discount shelf when a employee with many piercing's in his ear yelled across the store to leave those carts alone when i asked why he shouted as he got closer that those were online orders so i suggested that they should put them somewhere else where shoppers cant mistake them for sale or clearance items because they were next to the discounted shelf he didn't respond only walked between me and the cart and crossing... read more
Absolutely terrible customer service! Bought a shop vac on sale with a rain check two months ago. Called and came in asking for updates with no answers or saying it’s at the warehouse and will come in. Never came in, went into store to see if a smaller shop vac could be swapped out with what was already paid and manager did not help at all. Will gladly drive into Oregon City and shop ANYWHERE else then this Ace. They very obviously do not care about their customers at all!
