The wife and I recently purchased 2 Tarmac. E bikes from Mokwheel in Kaysville. I spent a lot of time researching the bike and found it to be of excellent quality. Great ride and a good deal. But the best part was the people involved in this purchase. We're amazing. Jamie, the owner and Shayla we're most helpful. Shayla and Jamie were amazing to work with. Shayla was so informative and knowledgeable with these bikes. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. She made sure we left with a thorough understanding of what to do with the batteries and just how to use everything on the bikes. So happy we found this shop.
Really great experience - we rent two bikes and had a fantastic day on Antelope Island. Tice and his wife own a huge variety of bikes, you‘ll find a real good match for sure. Both were so nice and gave us a lot of tips as they also offer tours to Zion and other parks nearby.
We purchased our bikes last May. Most everything went very well. The only problem was that the wrong bike was ordered for me. I wanted the over the top bike, but got the pass through bike. She argued with me that I had ordered the pass through Basalt. I knew I hadn't, so she pulled up on the computer, and I was correct. She just ordered the wrong bike. We recently bought 2 Mokwheel Scoria e-bikes from the Kaysville location. Great selection to choose from. Built well! 60-80 mile battery range, perf for our needs perfectly. Great accessory packages. The staff were professional and above all knowledgeable! They know what to look for in an e-bike based on your particular needs. Sure you can buy a bike online and good luck putting it together.
