I went to see Jay for sciatic pain I had been experiencing for several weeks. After doing YouTube therapy I finally decided I needed more help and I have to say I am very happy I went.
I always get the 90 min session. He'll work on whatever parts need it, not like many therapists who ask, then do their exact same thoughtless routine. The view from the hills in Kailua is lovely. He uses neutrally scented products, and not so much that I feel oily or tacky at the end of it. Im not one who falls asleep during my massages. One of the best massages I have ever gotten! I have a lot of back pain from herniated discs and muscle tension and after the massage I felt much better. Jay is very intuitive and could feel where I had tension/needed more work. He is also knowledgeable about how different muscles work together and after I described my pain he massaged some muscles in a different location that I didn’t realize were connected but they turned out to be quite sore and related to my original pain.
