I had a great deep massage! I asked for deep pressure due to tension in shoulders and neck. I tend to roll my shoulders forward. After the massage, my shoulders were much more open! Jay has a trusting and laid back vibe.
Great atmosphere, energy, and massage. Definitely helped alleviate tension I left feeling much better.
