One of the best massages I have ever gotten! I have a lot of back pain from herniated discs and muscle tension and after the massage I felt much better. Jay is very intuitive and could feel where I had tension/needed more work. He is also knowledgeable about how different muscles work together and after I described my pain he massaged some muscles in a different location that I didn’t realize were connected but they turned out to be quite sore and related to my original pain.
