I’ve known Jay for years and somehow made the mistake of not setting up an appointment with him until today! He found horribly dysfunctional spots that I didn’t even tell him about. The number of treatments I’ve gotten over the years for my various sports injuries is too many to count, and Jay’s treatment is one of the best I’ve had, if not the best! I appreciate that he eased in/out of the more tense/painful spots gently. Thank you, Jay! #tenderized

Jay was very professional! i am very hard to massage have a thick body and most people aren't strong enough or don't have the technique to get deep into the muscle tissues to do a good job. not only does he have the technique but but knows what to do. I highly recommend him!
