I just completed a Meru Chikitsa session with my ayurvedic therapist Juan. For quite some time, I had been struggling with Tennis Elbow on my right arm. I have seen Juan for two trigger-point sessions so far and I’ve gotten more relief from them than any other deep-tissue massages I’ve had in the past. He really pays attention and customizes therapy to focus on the underlying problem rather than just relaxation/temporary relief. He also explains everything very well and provides things to do at home to further help. Thanks so much!
