Paul and his team got my husband and I out of a serious jam. My house was in rough shape and literally days away from a sheriff's sale when they reached out to us. They took care of all the paperwork, bought the house at a very reasonable price, found us a new place to live, and even got us help moving. If you have an older house and need help selling it on, these guys are the real deal, they truly go above and beyond. Five stars out of five.
Paul said he would take care of everything and he did. My brother passed away unexpectedly, we were devasted and left without any will or any instructions. We also lived 600 miles away. I frankly had given up on ever getting the authority to sell the condo or estate settled. The Condo was in need of a ton of work.
