This has to be the absolute worst property management company in all of Wisconsin and beyond. Never have I seen such unprofessionalism. I believe every negative review or blog I've read on Mokler so far. They have no problem lying to their tenants, and customer service is nowhere in their vocabulary. Even their office staff is ignorant and disrespectful; the girl who answers their phone has no problem hanging up on you if you catch her in one of her lies. I have lived here for 2.5 years and have seen some unbelievable things. I fell in the parking lot in January and the owners have absolutely refused to even give me the name or number of the insurance carrier so I can file a claim. I called to talk to the housing inspector about the lack of anything being done since the fire last May (outside elements and animals have access to two rental units), and the housing inspector called Mokler and now Mokler is retaliating and not renewing my lease. The Worst... – I have rented from Mokler's and would strongly recommend researching this company before renting from here. There are plenty of reviews online to give you an idea of what many renters go through with this landlord. The main problems I experienced were poorly maintained properties, rude and dishonest communication, and failure to properly fix problems including plumbing and a leaking ceiling. Awful people – STAY AWAY from Mokler Properties. They are bad people, plain and simple. They lie, the maintenance people lie, and they're all nasty about it. First of all, the last thing you want in a rental property is plumbing and electrical issues. I have both. Good Experience! – I just got security deposit back from the Mokler's, all of it. I got to say "Thank you!". Yor office staff was really nice and I appreciate that you worked with me when my checks were stolen and I had to wait a day to pay rent. Never had anything really go wrong in the apartment, but the one time I did, they fixed it. Thank you for the year I lived with you and here is a good review for you guys! I refer people to you!

SCAMMERS... they are just out to collect any penny they can get. half way through our lease they charged us over $200 for "outside clean up". There was nothing out there. Do not even bother to clean the place when you are done, because they will charge you for cleaning anyways. NEVER AGAIN
