Not recommended I had poor experiences with this Clinic. I felt the office and technicians were unprofessional and not willing to explain anything. If you ask a question, they get defensive. The owner is the same in my opinion. My animals did not ever seem to improve under the care here. The Doctors try to avoid contact and just let the information about your pet be a mystery. I would hope you find another Animal Hospital to take care of your beloved pet. You may avoid a heartache.

Mediocre at best. This Animal Clinic has gone downhill in supportive service since Dr. Fazio became the owner. I would recommend that you take your animal to another Veterinary service. To me, the technicians do not appear to know how to treat the animals and their owners. This is a problem because the doctors seem to avoid having to talk to the owners and explain what is the problem with your pet. Avoid the problems by picking another Clinic.

My dog was going through an injury and was treated there for three months. My wife and I were out of town when our dog took a turn for the worst and the decision was made to end her pain. It was a Saturday and we called the clinic to be told they were busy and it may take a while to get to our dog. My sister in law brought our dog in and was told maybe 1/2 hour (this was 45 mins after we called) then after 30 minutes she was told another 1/2 hour then maybe another. If it's a pet emergency you might as well let your pet suffer thru the night DO NOT TAKE I repeat DO NOT TAKE your pet here if you don't have at least $300 just to see a Vet my pup broke his entire foot i didnt have all of the money so they shipped my pup to a shelter they didn't want to work wit me AT ALL

I have been more than impressed with this vet office. I have encountered 4 of their different doctors at different visits so far with both of my pets. Dr. W helped try to save my pet after another vet was inconsiderate and stupid, and practically killed him! Even though it was too late, when we had to put him down it was peaceful and the Dr was caring and lovely. THE STAFF HERE IS HORRIFIC, THE PRICES OUTRAGEOUS – THE VETS SEEM NICE ENOUGH.. BUT THE STAFF IS HORRIFIC.. THE PRICES OUTRAGEOUS.. Best Vets Ever! – My pets have seen both Drs Wajda and Ball. They are the most caring and knowledgeable doctors you could ever hope for and the prices charged are so reasonable compared to many other places. We have been to many a vet but here is great! We like how they take a special interest in each one of our pets and how when necessary they have consulted with other doctors outside their clinic but in their field for additional ideas. I started going there a few years ago because I had ferrets and very few Clinics treat "Exotics". Dr Kate Ball is the most animal friendly Vet I have ever met. She talks to the animals the same way I do....as if they were people. Little by little I took one more of my animals there and now she treats them all! She is a sweet,wonderful person. The staff are just wonderful. Very caring and kind. My cat of 17 years had to be put to sleep due to a cancerous tumor that was very aggresive that basically took my beautiful sweet Cat from a vivacious, fun, fat cat to a shell of hardly anything within 2 weeks. The compassion that was showed by the staff was second to none. The wonderful cremation services that they offer are wonderful and tastefull.
