Every couple of months something happens to where you aren’t able to access your money or they cancel your debit card without notifying you. This weekend 10/3 - 10/4 I haven’t been able to access my money because my debit card gets declined both in stores and ATMs. No notification as to why or if when it will be resolved besides a Facebook post that I just happened to see cause I wanted to leave this review. mostly because it's a whole ordeal to make payments. having to physically go in to your location or sending checks through snail mail. I have no idea why they don't have a way to pay online, such a hassle
