Whomever answered the phone yesterday when I tried to book an appointment for a teeth whitening I purchased on Groupon was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced someone so rude in my life when I was being so polite and just trying to book in appointment. It seems like she was mad that I bought off Groupon and not directly through her. This merchant is a scam. Not only was she insanely rude to me, she also made a snippy comment about me buying the Groupon instead of just paying her directly. The entire experience was very uncomfortable, it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve laid on, it was like a wood board with no pillow, and the leg pillow was in a weird spot so it was so uncomfortable. temperature sucked and the lights she used were so bright, it was literally burning my eyes and they were watering the whole time.
