Great spa! Relaxing, clean, smells great. Service was amazing as everyone was very nice and accommodating. Our Pedicures were amazing and the spa hot tub was great!
We visited Mokara Spa on 3/14 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When booking, we were encouraged to switch to a couples massage but were not told it would cost more than two individual services, which felt misleading. When we arrived, there was an alarm going off in the women’s spa area for about 45 minutes before our massage, and it was still going when we left for our appointment. Pros: Facility and amenities are nice, spa restaurant has some excellent food. My wife got us 50-minute massages, and we both had nearly identical experiences. Our massages felt very rushed and mechanical— more like a series of tasks that were completed rather than something intended to relax us. We understand that, being there on a weekend, the therapists are probably on a tight timetable. However, we’ve never had such unenthusiastic massages.
