Doubled the price when we arrived for our anniversary/Valentine’s Day couples massage from what we were told on the phone when we booked it (the email confirmation had no price info listed). 6pm on Valentine’s Day isn’t exactly a great time to find an alternative plan either… only saving grace was they let us move the res before cancelling it so we didn’t have to take 7-800 as sunk cost and only charged us 100 for not being able to fork out the full amount. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Don’t let any 3 star ratings sway you from this greatness! Attended a conference and needed a reset. The entire staff were helpful, the masseuse was excellent, and the facilities are amazing. Enjoy the hot or steam sauna all day with day spa service. Highly recommend.
This spa was VERY NICE & RELAXING. BUT I have been to WAY BETTER spas in the city and I really really wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Even worse, it was a gift for my partner who had never had a luxury spa day and he had an even lesser experience than I did. I really wanted to love this spa but from the booking phase, the experience felt very very bland and lacking. 1st. I went to the spa for Thanksgiving morning. The service the safe provided was impeccable. I can not say enough about the staff. The facilities are also amazing. The one hour massage was amazing. It included gratuities valet parking mimosas other drinks were also provided. They have a beautiful jacuzzi overlooking the Riverwalk. They have a dry and wet sauna. Everything was very clean. I cannot say enough I will definitely be going back!
