I took my wife and son’s girlfriend to the spa for a nice relaxing spa visit during our trip to San Antonio which I reserved a month ahead. I enjoyed my massage very much. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there was only one nail tech for the girls manicures and pedicures who had to switch back and forth. My children treated me to a body treatment of my choice. I chose the Sacred Earth Ritual. The therapist was very cordial but she was not properly trained because she did not provide what is advertised on the website. It states it includes “a warm cocoon wrap and focused neck, shoulder, and scalp massage invite full-body relaxation. The ritual concludes with warm towel compresses to ground and rejuvenate.” She did none of this. I politely let the attendant at the front desk know.
