I have to give the spa 3 stars. The experience was wonderful. It was clean, friendly, professional, and had the amenities you want. Unfortunately my massage was horrible. My husband and I went in for a couples massage and my therapist had no idea what he was doing. I’ve never experienced something like this. My husband’s, however, was great. Overall middle of the road. The staff didn't bother to mention that refreshments were available on the rooftop and my massage was mediocre at best. I get a sports recovery massage every 2-4 weeks and can't say that I've had this type of experience in quite some time. By the end she was trying to run down the clock by rubbing the skin off of my neck for what felt like an eternity until I had her stop it. I was so excited to go to this spa, but they needed me to change my treatment due to pregnancy. I have now called almost every day this week and tried to use the online booking change modification page. The online booking won't register my confirmation number even though I'm reading it from my email and no one has called me back. They have no answering machine and no email to respond back to at the spa. I've never successfully been able to talk to someone.
