Stayed at the Omni this weekend with my mom for my birthday. We both got a facial service at the spa and it was wonderful! Very kind staff. My facial was so incredibly relaxing and I appreciated that the aesthetician didn’t talk much except to explain what she was using on my skin, it was lovely to just lay there and enjoy the experience! Came for a massage after a long day of travel. The facilities are first rate -- very soothing and calming. Locker room is well maintained, and shower is clean and comforting. Lin, my massage therapist, is attentive and skillful, and takes care to ease my muscles and really helps me to relax. The experience is thoroughly enjoyable. I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating spa day and can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere at Mokara Spa is peaceful, calming, and beautifully designed to help you instantly unwind. The massage was absolutely incredible — my therapist, Rose, was attentive, professional, and truly skilled. She listened to my preferences and left me feeling so relaxed and tension-free. I booked a massage after a medical procedure and the front desk Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Above and beyond the call of duty, Taking care of getting a late check out for my room, making me feel comfortable, and even helping to get ice for my injury and walking me right to the front door of the hotel.. Massage was also excellent. Looking forward to coming back.
