I had the trifecta or superfecta spa package. The spa is beautiful. Facial was amazing. My gel on my nails did not last even a few days. I just had this done on Monday and my nails were chipped by Wednesday and cuticles look a mess. On both hands. Wayyyy too pricey for that to happen. I could have polished at home. Very disappointed.
I did a girls trip with some friends and we always end the trip with a relaxing spa day and everyone at the Mokara spa and Omni hotel helped make this a wonderful experience for us! Everyone enjoyed all of their services and the staff was so super helpful of getting everything set up in advance, creating a schedule for us and making sure we had all we needed. My experience was one the best I have ever had at a spa. The team was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Felisha was amazing giving me and my girls beautiful pedicures with just the right amount of pressure and attention to detail.
Felisha nail tech was amazing. Kind, professional, accommodating, just joy to spend time and relax with.
I was lucky to have Latasha in the best facial, a massage with Monni and best customer care from Abby. They made an unforgettable experience. Wishing be back already! They are the best!!!
