Just spent the week at OMNI Louisville..:what an experience! One afternoon, I visited the Mokara Spa for a deep massage with Miriam, and from the moment I stepped inside, I knew I had found my new happy place. I had the Trifecta Facial. It was very relaxing and it was fun chatting with the aesthetician. I used the sauna and spent time reading in the relaxation room. One suggestion for the Mokara Spa: the lighting in the Relaxation Room is too dim (I get it, trying to be relaxing) but….very tough to read by. Maybe install small reading lights like on a plane or some such.
My experience at the Mokara Spa was excellent. The staff were very professional and helpful. My first facial was completed by Ashley who was awesome! She explained each step and also provided skin education too! I will be back again!!
