The atmosphere is wonderful and they really go the extra mile with amenities. Bethany at check in was super sweet and Brandy who did my massage was excellent. The only negative aspect of my experience was a group of 4-5 ladies loudly carrying on in the “relaxation room” and not being respectful of there being other guests in there. I was happy when they called me back because that was not relaxing at all—but this isn’t the spa’s fault. It was all uphill after that!
I recommend getting the Magnesium Melt (3 massages for 1) give yourself extra time, you get a pool pass and the sauna and lounge are worth taking the time for. Bring a book, sip on tea, get a mimosa.. what a lovely treat anytime of the week. There was a birthday group of ladies and I think I will do that for mine, what a great idea!
I have never had a bad experience at this gorgeous spa. The employees are super accommodating and friendly, the prices are in line with what to expect and the facilities are pure Heaven, tranquility abounds. I’ve had a facial, massage, and both on the same day. Never a bad service. The beds are high end quality. The relaxation room is just that. Came to celebrate my 35th Birthday & couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. The Concierge provided a thorough tour and the relaxation room set the mood perfectly. My massage was done by Truth & she gave me the best massage of my life! 20/10 & I even got a complimentary glass of champagne. I also used the sauna afterwards & honestly couldn't ask for a more relaxing experience. I definitely will be back. Oh and the place smells AMAZING!!!
The only reason I have 1 star is bc they make you to proceed. Had services setup today and for almost 250.00 I got the worst signature massage in life. They are currently under fire for discrimination of a former worker and you can tell. The massage lady didn’t follow any instructions she just acted like she was going through the motions. The new spa opening on 4th is the new go to plus they force you to give a tip and put is as a service charge even if the service is trash! Never going here again!
