I have stayed at the Cabanas here on Marine Corps Base Hawaii for many years and it is such a wonderful location, but it is so sad to say that this place has become nearly inhabitable. The customer service is inconsistent and lacks professionalism. MCCS lodging is really stretching its resources and it shows. Advertised check-in 24/7 for coffee and assistance, but closed without notice. Had multiple issues which were promised to get resolved by management with a call back, but ignored.
