I hate leaving bad reviews, but my daughter came home in tears — she was sooooo excited to have her nails done for the first day of school, but now she’s just embarrassed. There is polish all over her cuticles, the finish is streaky and you can see the brush strokes because it isn’t even fully opaque. It’s bumpy, the shaping is uneven and the nail lengths are not uniform. Was my first time getting a professional haircut in over a year and a half and I made sure to say that I assumed it would hit home that I wanted to walk out looking nice. She seemed very hurried I’m assuming because it was her Friday as she had said during the appointment. After she cut and blow dried she asked if I had a preference what she did for a style and I replied “No” thinking she would just do what she want.
