I and my kids have been shopping at black label and beauty for a year now. They have wonderful hair supplies. Awesome Customer service. Shop black label and beauty and thank me later 😊❤️
This establishment is neat, clean and organized, but unfortunately their selections are small and limited. There was basically no customer service. The young lady didn't offer assistance. This is not intended to be a bad review, I would like to point out the fact that if you want repeat customers, you'll need to get better staff that has knowledge of products and can offer assistance when questions arise about a specific product. Too expensive. They are rude! I took my business elsewhere!! Annnddd I stated rude because the young girl at the counter acted like I was bothering her and had an attitude with her headphones on!! I frequent beauty supply stores and THESE PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICED!! I said what I said! ....since the owner (who did not serve me and was in the back!!) Has a response!!!!
I bought a hair repair oil from this store, and within a week, I noticed major improvements! They have an impressive selection of beauty supply items—you'll find everything you need. On top of that, the customer service is incredible. Highly recommend!
First visit at Black Label Beauty, I had called about a dye product and talked with Amir he stated they were out. Amir found the product and called me back. He also, put the product on hold. He really went above snd beyond with customer service and it greatly appreciated. Young lady greeted us ask if we needed help and the items at register. She was very pleasant.
