I am disabled, and use a power chair. I often need rides to appointments, and my rides are set up through Ride To Care. I prefer Mojo as these guys seem to be the most responsible and prompt. In my experience, they will text and leave voice mail the day before to confirm my ride, and give me a more accurate time of pick up. Their timing is pretty accurate! I have to use Mojo's Transportation regularly with Ride to Care. Earlier this year the driver parked right against the curb, making it harder for me, with mobility issues and a cane to step out with less room to maneuver. I fell and ended up breaking my foot and scraping up my leg. I was in severe pain and the driver checked on me and I was in too much pain to respond. A neighbor had come over. Mojo has been generally amazing the past few months. I needed longterm transportation for my daughter who is in a wheelchair post surgery. They have been responsive, professional and polite. I have used other services i.e. Ride to Care and Mojo's is by far the best. The customer service is unmatched.
