Hands down the worst hair cut I’ve received in my life. Asked Jess to fix. She said she can’t blend the layers even though, I never asked for layers at all. I just wanted a little off the length so the top heavy feel would go away. She had to strip the highlights we just did the time before because her haircut was so bad. I asked for a refund since she doesn’t know how to blend the layers, she said no because it was a service.
Jess has over 20 years of experience and it shows. I can literally sit in her chair and simply say, "make me feel pretty", and she does! Every time!
Jess is an excellent stylist and a gifted artist. She cuts my hair exactly the way I describe each time I see her! I highly recommend you call to schedule an appointment. You will be happy you finally found...the diamond in the rough.
Jess is a wonderful hair stylist who knew exactly what to do with my thinning, baby fine hair. I highly recommend her salon!
