$500+ and 5 trips to his shop and the mower was still not running long enough to cut my lawn. They worked on the carbeurator multiple times and installed a new one (minus some parts that he said weren't necessary). He said he would only charge me for the parts this time and charged me $95 cash including $12 for gas. When I got home, I googled the part and it was less than $40. I once got a flat tire right near this guy’s business. He and his assistant helped me get back on road pretty fast. The only payment was the tip I gave to his assistant. Really helped me out. Just really good people.
My wife and I were on a spring break trip on our Road Glide when we fell victim to Mississippi roads. Completely destroyed our front rim on a pothole in the middle of nowhere east of Vicksburg. Sandy drove out and loaded us up and took us back to his shop. He started making calls for a new rim but they were all on back order. He tried to help us find a rental car to get home with—no luck.
