My mother went to get a vitamin C IV at the direction of her medical doctor. The person who administered the IV did not have any knowledge or medical experience to be administering the treatment. My mother notified her of shaking during the treatment but was told "that just happens to some people" when in reality, that meant the drip was too fast and too high. Vitamin C therapy; service was terrible, staff was unprepared. Forced an hour drip in under 30 min, vague answers, pushy with more appts. Not the medical professionals we expected.
