Not friendly . Blew out my tube and then denied it . I recommend finding another place to take your bike .
Unreal... I saw a bike online that I wanted to buy for my son and have shipped to Vermont at my expense... the women I spoke with was so rude and first told me they wouldn’t ship a bike but fed ex/ups would (obviously I know this but they would have to help arrange this) and secondly she snapped at me and said “we don’t even sell that brand of bike”.
