I previously put in 1 star review because the quality of work for brow lamination was poor. I should have spoken out immediately, but I was so disappointed & upset, I left. The team reached out to me & offered to have it fixed. I don’t know why it didn’t work out the first time but the fact that they reached out showed volume in their professionalism & I appreciated that effort they took. Cool sculpting has really helped me loose over 16kg so far, along with my slimming injection and swimming regularly. Gone from a size 18 to fitting into my 10 year old size 14 clothes. Very clean, friendly staff and very conveniently situated in the centre of town. Thank you for great service. Chilling out at Mojjatchi Launceston.
Was interested in making an appointment whilst in town but come across this Anna whom supposedly work here on a fb page. (no I am neither of these ladies) but if it's true she works here I would think again booking Unbelievable behaviour
The customer service was absolutely amazing. Cap and Elle were an amazing team. The washroom experience was next level…. It needs to be experienced to be believed. Highly recommend this salon for your next do!
