Was recommended by another stylist. Booked my appt a MONTH ago. Showed up for my appointment ON TIME. She's not here. Turns out she closed for the week due to COVID. Didn't bother calling, texting, emailing, NOTHING. All week I received reminders about my appt but no cancelation notifications. When I call to see why she's not here that's when she tells me she's been SICK ALL WEEK. HAD AN ATTITUDE NO APOLOGY UNTIL I HUNG UP ON HER.
