I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation service. From the moment I walked in The staff was kind and courteous. After leaving, I noticed that one of my tires was losing air rapidly. Unfortunately, the service department was already closed, so I did speak with the Lester, the sales manager, who, after hearing my situation, got a hold of the manager in service department, Robert . Kristie was my sales lady.. she was great… bought a 2025 gladiator rubicon for my wife… she delivered it to her free of charge the next day 45 miles away.. I was out of town working..only dealer offering lifetime powertrain warranties in Cali that I could find.. was in and out in 1 hour.. fastest vehicle purchase I’ve experienced yet.. this is 4th Chrysler product I’ve bought.. used Victorville motors in the past, and I’ll never purchase from them again… Mojave jeep/ram/chrysler is a million times better than Victorville mot... read more
