Update(6/2/25) My Key FOB still doesnt work this is ridiculous. The gym itself and its accomodations are worth 5 stars, however the personnel and management is why im giving 1 star. My key FOB was not working for three weeks. I had to consistently insist for my key to be fixed. Causing me to either miss working out or work out during the front desk is active. Its a good looking gym but man its so hard to even get ahold of anyone in the front desk to pick up the phone :/

It used to be a pretty good gym but they got rid of the main cable apparatus and replaced it with a much smaller piece of equipment. Now there's half the number of attachments and the gym is getting busier. They have way more cardio equipment than they need and not enough good equipment for the volume of people coming in. Hopefully, they'll fix this soon.

We’ve been loyal members—my 6’5” husband, our kids, and I—for over a year, loving the community and equipment that worked for us all. But recently there has been a new “upgraded” machine has us frustrated, and we’re not alone. It’s unusable for my tall husband and me at 5’2”, cutting vertical lat use from two to one and cable machines from three to one. I have called this place over and over and no answer from the front desk. I even looked up the number to make sure I was dialing the right number and it’s the same one that Google shows. Poor customer service.
