I broke a part on my truck a few weeks ago, and went to get a quote to get it fixed. The man acted like I was a dumb teenager asking me if I was sure if I actually broke that part. Clearly it was broken and I am in my 30s. He told me to leave my number and they would call me between that day or the next to give me the quote since the part would need to be ordered. I waited 3 days with no call. So I called the department and they acted like I was never there asking for the part.
Great place to do business
I want to express my gratitude to Robert and Caleb in the Service department. In the last week, I went for two different things on my car and both treated my car situation with the most care. I have not been disappointed and will continue to go these representatives when my car is need of service. Great Customer Service.
Wish I could give more than 5 star's. Took my 2018 Dodge Durango rt for some warranty and non warranty repairs. From the time that I made the appointment and dropped off my vehicle till it was ready to be picked up the service advisor Robert Harland was awesome from telling me what was going on with my vehicle right from the start very good communication and no B.S. had my vehicle at Victorville motors for 9 days and never heard back from them and paid for a misdiagnosis.
