Horrible my ins said they returned my hearing aids I’ve been waiting for and they have a nasty lady that cause you argues w you if u dont say the terminology she thinks u should use she needs to retire

Since the overall rating is 5 stars, I put that as well, but have not been seen there..I had to put something in order to ask a question..it's great to know people are happy w/ doc & staff here, however I need to know how Happy (or not) people are w/ Hearing Aids offered thru this office. Currently I've been going to Connect Hearing..I'm NOT happy w/ my Hearing Aids! Appreciate feedback! TY I CANNOT HEAR the sermon at cchurch
This place is like all other centers, but what makes Mojave Desert Hearing special is MaryAnn. MaryAnn is cheerful, Polite, friendly and extremely helpful. My father is 89 yrs old and MaryAnn took great care of him which made him happy. Also Vickie is awesome! She is polite and demonstrated patience when explaining the test to my father and answered all my questions. Mojave Desert Hearing Center and I are very lucky MaryAnn & Vickie working there.
