Great experience. Had significant frame warranty work/welding to perform on our fulltime 2021 5er. Since we live in it, they promised 2 day turn around, and delivered! Also good communications, brought me in to examine what they found part way thru, and filed and got warranty reimbursement for another issue we found. In 4 years I've never gone to a dealer for repairs, but I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
