I am so grateful for what Tom McGuire and his team have done to fix the two new problems in my basement. I had masonry issues as a result of a moisture leak and mold beginning after my dehumidifier pump failed. Tom was super knowledgeable, genuine, and straightforward. I was concerned about potential mold in our home with our child’s allergies and he took the time to explain the science of it all and discussed his approach. He was prompt in his responses and came out to inspect our house shortly after we connected. I am so happy to have found Tom and have him give us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Tom recently preformed mold remediation in our house. He came to inspect it quickly after reaching out to him. Explained the process he would take to remediate. When he came in to do the job, he checked in periodically to update us on his findings and the additional steps needed to make sure he was able to remove all of the mold. He was extremely knowledgable and fair with his pricing. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for help with any mold situation.

I can’t recommend Tom at Moisture Science Environmental enough. I’ve used his services twice over the past three years, and both times he saved me from unnecessary stress and expensive remediation. Unlike many mold companies that immediately push full “bells and whistles” packages, Tom takes a scientific, level-headed approach. Tom and his team are first class through and through. From the moment I called Tom I not only felt heard and understood but supported in a time that was very stressful. He came within one day and inspected the issue and took care of everything so seamlessly. From communication to genuine care, I can’t say enough good things.
