We hired moisture science environmental to remediate a mold discovery in our finished storage room , what we thought would be a long painful process, Tom came out right away, explained the situation at hand and took care of it from there. From his knowledge of the the conditions, to execution of his work; everything was done quick , clean and efficient. We can now move on in our home knowing is safe and clean. The local business owner, Tom, is knowledgeable, professional and also personable. After seeing his strong reviews, we got his (reasonable) estimate for basement "drying" and mold remediation. He held to his estimate for both cost and time frame. We just had the service done recently, so I can't judge it over time. That said, I have no doubt that he will stand by his services and communication should we be in need.

I had a great experience with Tom and his team. Professional and extremely helpful with a moldy and wet basement. They rid the basement of mold, painted and helped remove debris. Kudos! I’m breathing easier.
